Home

Cutler Oaks Estates is our idyllic home in Coral Gables.  Our community of just 15 homes is accessed from Old Cutler Road and is surrounded by the Hardy Matheson County Preserve, which ensures that no new construction will be possible surrounding our community.

Our community is comprised of a few long-term residents who raised their children here and saw them off to college and adulthood.  We have many newcomers who are younger professionals raising young families.  We're a community of educators, doctors, lawyers, business executives, professional athletes, homemakers, etc.  Our neighborhood's children play together.  Neighborhood adults play together too ... often taking lessons and practicing together on our community tennis court.  We periodically take breaks from our busy lives to share our passions.  Tony's legendary paella was the highlight of our last community gathering, and Cuong's Vietnamese spring rolls will be featured at our next one.

Our residents take great pride in our community.  Our beautifully maintained common areas complement the lovely landscaping of each property.

Our community is located in the heart of Miami and near many of the destinations that are important to local residents. Cutler Oaks Estates is located:
  • 2 minutes from the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and 15 minutes from either the Deering Estates or the famed Vizcaya Museum & Gardens.
  • 5-10 minutes away from some of the best schools in Miami.
  • 30 minutes away from the beaches of Virginia Key, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach.
  • 10 minutes away from Dixie Highway (Route 1), where all manners of restaurants, shops, and services can be found.  We are in a fully residential area of Coral Gables that is minutes away from the bustle of city life.
  • 10-15 minutes away from The Shops at Sunset Place, Dadeland Mall, or The Shops at Merrick Place.  All offer a full gamut of retail therapy, restaurants and services.
  • 30 minutes from American Airlines Arena, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, or the South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center.

Come visit and you may just want to stay.
